Great customer service

Had an error code, UPS were appalling, messed my order up and had the parcel a week without it leaving the U.K. Storz Bickle were on the ball with UPS and to save me any messing just issued the replacement device to save me waiting even longer. Good vape, good customer service. Cheers guys

I am a crafty + owner since 2020 and I have to say that it’s been by far the best experience with vaporizers I’ve ever had! Quality is top notch! The crafty is a tank of a device! Hands down my favorite! I’m also extremely pleased with Storz & bickel custumer service, the team is phenomenal!! Extremely helpful, generous & simply one of a kind. Thank you for rocking my world Storz & bickel!♥️

Useless

These guys are a complete joke. They use UPS as their delivery partner and have no idea what they’re talking about, so when UPS repeatedly said they could not deliver to my address for ‘access issues’, I had Storz repeatedly telling me my home was no accessible even though I was telling them over and over there were no issues. Even UPS admitted their driver was being a tool, and apologised for the poor service. Erstwhile Storz continued to claim the issue was with me and even tried to take credit for resolving the situation which was totally down to me repeatedly calling UPS to badger them.
I will never touch one of their products again - this interaction was spurred by the fact one of their product stopped working in less than 12 months

Asking 149 euro flat rate for a simple…

Asking 149 euro flat rate for a simple case repair is extortion. I wouldn't mind if my Mighty was in bad condition. But the case starts to crack because of high temp, bad design and cheap plastic used in the first place. Otherwise, my vape is in perfect condition. I don't need a full refurb of my device! I'll service my Mighty by myself. I can't justify using Storz & Bickel products anymore when the competition is using higher quality materials and giving 10 years warranty. No more Volcanos and Mighty for me. You just lost a customer. Even Apple has more conscience than you.

The website is ridiculous

The website is ridiculous. My 5.00euro loyalty points just disappeared and the prices of things are changing randomly. My mighty vape is very good but I'm struggling to order anything more off this website.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I’ll let them know $.50 worth of plastic broke on my new $350 vaporizer. And they said oh so sorry. That’s not covered. They missed the point. They’re a bunch of cheap asses. Just like Volkswagen. Lying about their product…10,000 times harder to put together and clean than they disclosed.

I own The Mighty and Crafty+

I own The Mighty and Crafty+. I had an issue with the crafty over heating. Called customer service, and sent the old one in.

I had a new working Crafty+ in less than 4 days.

They sell top notch products, and have amazing customer service in my opinion. The taste of The Mighty is out of this world! The Crafty+ has great flavors, and less bulky.

Buy either one from an authorized dealer. That way you have a legit warranty.

I own the Volcano & the Crafty, The Volcano is Bulletproof and the Crafty is Awesome also, I had to replace the Crafty once because the Power button failed, but Storz & Bickel sorted with no problems at all. I do use the Crafty Constantly so the problem I had would not put me off buying another one should this one also fail in the future. All my mates think it's awesome also 👍

Non-existent customer service; terrible device quality

1. I returned my first Mighty via RMA on February 18th for the Error 4 issue.

2. The second device I received on March 9th also has an Error 4 issue.

3. I then reached out via S&B's website and submitted a message and also called and left a voicemail around March 15th.

Today is April 5th. I have yet to receive any response from Storz and Bickel.

In addition, the vendor where I purchased this product(Planet of the Vapes) has been unable to reach them despite "escalating" the issue to Storz and Bickel management.
